OUTCOME
- B&P reduced the number of food tenancies from 41 to 20 with the introduction of high street food models capable of delivering commercial rents.
- B&P created the Matthews Arcade Food Concept which was estimated to produce 100% ROI in less than 4 years. But in fact, we converted a disused arcade into a vibrant food court that paid for itself within 2 years.
- Our masterplan reinvented The Quad cafeteria into a seven outlet Food Court.
- We created new retail concepts such as the Art Supply Store and medical precinct.
- B&P oversaw the successful management of the EOI for Matthews Arcade (5 tenancies) and 1 cafe.
We provided the University with a retail blue print that was an integral part in all future developments that has enabled them to become market leaders in campus retail.
Pre and post campus retail surveys have identified a substantial increase in customer satisfaction.
