Brain & Poulter developed a successful retail strategy in sync with existing University masterplan criteria which secured high street retail operators, increased rental return by over 50% and added an additional $2M to overall MAT.
B&P developed a masterplan that has delivered sustainable, highly leasable and operational food precincts with quality fitouts and a significant increase in yield.
After evaluating market depth, pedestrian ant tracks and customer concentrations, B&P created new food and retail hubs in peak population areas attracting high street operators and increased rental returns for the University.
