Campus Plan Revision & Procurement Process

TASK

Revise the campus plan to redistribute retail in a better relationship to the campus traffic to drive higher usage.

OUTCOME

Brain & Poulter’s revision of retail concepts and procurement process resulted in attracting higher calibre high street operators offering above target rent and innovative fitout to a heritage Chancellory building.

 

Developed a food hierarchy and precincting strategy that allowed RMIT to interface seamlessly with the Melbourne CBD and present a retail mix congruent with both the campus and CBD demographics that broadens the food and beverage catchment to non-university customers.
