- Identify suitable usages and space plan for takeaway, restaurant and function use of this re-developed waterfront building
- Identify various operating models and associated revenues and rents
- Identify potential operators
- Undertake the EOI on Council’s behalf
OUTCOME
Brain & Poulter worked with several stakeholders of this Club to develop a workable commercial proposition.
Identified a usage, operating and rental structure that has been very appealing to high calibre, quality F&B operators.
The result was a much stronger field of submissions from quality operators and a successful candidate from this EOI process has been appointed.
B&P secured a high quality “big name” company to deliver the F&B on fair commercial terms.
A good commercial return to Council.
