OUTCOME
Brain & Poulter advised Council on the building conditions and strategies to secure an operator. Brain & Poulter revised the operating model to identify a separate function space, ensuring that the cafe/kiosk and restaurant elements were open to the public for more hours per day per year.
Brain & Poulter managed a swift and smooth RFT process, which brought hatted and leading operators previously unknown to Council. One of those proponents was appointed by Council, The Boathouse Group.
