OUTCOME
Auckland has a two level departures hall that resulted in concept duplication. Brain & Poulter suggested changes to the concepts at various points along the circulation path to maximise revenue spend potential and achieve higher ATVs in line with the passenger profile and journey stage.
Working alongside SAP, Brain & Poulter identified that several cuisines that delivered exceptional sales per passenger to a mainly NZ demographic were missing from the proposed food court mix.
Overall our strategy delivered an additional $1M p.a. in commercial revenue from food and beverage.
