Brain & Poulter devised a unique modeling system for both regional and CBD campuses that showed how to plan for a consistent F&B offering based on enrollment numbers.
The planning matrix we created allowed The University to considerately justify the minimum levels of F&B, and at what point an additional tenancy and what type of tenancy could be introduced.
Our report also developed a staged management model for ‘in house’ versus independent retailers that acknowledged regional challenges.
A template for standard lease terms, KPIs and service level agreements is allowing The University to manage individual retailers’ delivery quality in a consistent manner.
