Assessment of Food Tenancy
Assessment of Food Tenancy
B&P highlighted through solid data how the existing use of a seafood restaurant was inappropriate as the highest and best use for the site.
In analysing the shop’s mechanical services, depth, frontage and seating capacity, along with an overlay of the building population needs, competition and emerging trends, we advised the clients to pursue a Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) concept that had the ability to service both lunch and evening needs in a contemporary and ‘on-trend’ manner.
With clarity of this strategy, an offer from a prominent and successful Greek CBD leading operator was secured within 6 weeks to deliver an exciting new Greek QSR concept.
