ULI Australia & Titanium Food are excited to release an intimate “Power Hour” with Suzee Brain – Food Consultant Extraordinaire, and Director of Titanium Food & Place. Please join us for a fantastic night of nibbles and drinks by industry-leading restaurant Chin Chin in Surry Hills, while we discuss Suzee’s passion for food, emerging trends and technology in the food & retail industry, and the impact of electrification on Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

Suzee has had a fascinating career ranging from Café owner, to executive Chef to Kerry Packer, to founding a consultancy business in 2009 aimed at sharing her wealth of knowledge and industry experience with property owners entering the F&B sector. More recently, Suzee and the Titanium Food & Place team have undertaken extensive research into the hurdles and opportunities of electrification in retail tenancies. During this power hour, Suzee will fill your “Brains” with expert industry advice and knowledge, as well as sharing her story of success and failures along the way, with ample opportunity for Q&A.
